THE DAVE PEARSON TRUST was established shortly after Dave’s death in order to preserve his work, which was in a chaotic condition, and then to further his legacy and reputation. The Trust started by restoring Dave’s old studio in Haslingden and subsequently using it as a place to store and manage the bulk of his output. It has curated several exhibitions of his work since that time, and commissioned a film about the artist. The Trust also manages and oversees sales of Dave Pearson’s work, with support from Julian Williams and Jackie Taylor of the See Gallery. The income from the sales supports the work of the Trust.

The three trustees are Chris Pearson, Margaret Mytton and Bob Frith.
